Refund policy
We only offer exchanges for online sales and no refunds.
If you are not happy with your purchase, wish to exchange your item(s), please notify us by sending an email to Gregory@answerquestion.ca prior to returning your item(s). You can return and exchange within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Any returned goods must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags still attached and original packaging.
